လြွတ္တဲ့လူေတြလည္း လြွတ္ျပီ။
Sanction ဆိုတဲ့ ပိတ္ပင္ထားတာက လဲ ျပီးေတာ့မယ္။
ျပန္ေမးရမွာက ငါတို့ကေရာ အဆင္သင့္ျဖစ္ေနျပီလား။
အဆိုးျမင္တာမဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ကိုယ့္ႏိုင္ငံသားေတြ အတြက္စဥ္းစားမိတာပါ။
မၾကာခင္ ႏိုင္ငံတကာ က MNC ေတြ၊ NGOs ေတြ၊ အားလံုးစုျပီး၀င္လာေတာ့မယ္။
သူတို့အတြက္ လိုတဲ့ အရာေတြစဥ္းစားၾကည့္ရေအာင္။
၁. အင္တာနက္ – အျမန္ႏွဳန္း၊
၂. ႏိုင္ငံတကာ ဖုန္းေခၚခ – အ၀င္၊ အထြက္
၃. စာပို့စနစ္ – mail delivery system
၄. ပို့ေဆာင္ေရးစနစ္
၅. banking system (for international transfer) – international money exchange
၆. stock exchange
၇. etc etc
အမ်ားၾကီးရွိပါေသးမယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ဒါေတြက အခ်ိန္အနည္းငယ္အတြင္းမွာ ျပင္လို့ရမွာပါ။ we just need investment for our infrastructure. We can recover within 2-4 years.
တကယ္လိုတာက human resource ပါ။
သူတို့၀င္လာရင္ သူတို့က သူတို့လူေတြေခၚလာမွာ။ all the higher management and middle management will be their resources. ကိုယ့္လူေတြ ဘယ္မွာေနရာရမွာလဲ။ အလြန္ဆံုး Middle management ေပါ့။ ျပီးေတာ့ ရရင္ေရာ သူတို့ စိတ္တိုင္းက် လုပ္ေပးႏိုင္မွာလား။
သူတို့မၾကိုက္ရင္ middle management မွာ ၀င္လာမွာေတြက Indian ေတြ၊ ယိုးဒယား၊ စင္ကာပူေတြ။
ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို့ သူတို့လက္ေအာက္မွာ လုပ္ခ်င္လား။ ဒါမွ မဟုတ္ အဲဒီ middle management ေတြ မွာ ကိုယ္တုိင္ေနရာရေအာင္လုပ္သင့္လား။
From my point of view, we should start building our brand. We need to create our own image that our resource are as good as other Asian countries. We need to make sure that all our resources are capable enough and we don’t require people from outside (at least not at middle management level)
မဟုတ္လို့ကေတာ့ ကိုယ့္ႏိုင္ငံ မွာ ကိုယ္က အလုပ္လက္မဲ့ျဖစ္မယ္။ အလုပ္ရရင္လည္း စာေရးေနရာ၊ ယဥ္ေမာင္းေနရာ၊ အေထြေထြ၀န္းထမ္းမ်ိုးေတြ ျဖစ္ေနမယ္။
ဒီအတြက္ အစိုးရေရာ၊ လူငယ္ေတြေရာ၊ သင္တန္းေက်ာင္းေတြေရာ၊ တကၠသိုလ္ေတြေရာ အားလံုး ျပင္ဆင္သင့္ေနျပီ။ နည္းနည္းေတာ့ေနာက္က်ေနတယ္၊ ဒါေပမယ့္ အားလံုးလက္တြဲျပီးလုပ္ရင္ ေအာင္ျမင္မွာပါ။
ဥပမာ။ အစိုးရ က ျပင္ပ company ေတြလာရင္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားဘယ္ေလာက္ေတာ့ အလုပ္ခန့္ရမယ္။ ရာခိုင္းႏွဳန္းဘယ္ေလာက္ေတာ့ ပါရမယ္ဆိုတဲ့ policy မ်ိုးရွိရမွာေပါ့။ (just my thinking, i believe they have better idea)
တခ်ိန္ထဲမွာ တကၠသိုလ္ေတြ၊ သင္တန္းေက်ာင္းေတြ က capacity building ေတြလုပ္ရမယ္။ human resource development ေတြ။ language skills ေတြ (not only English, but also Chinese, Spanish, etc etc) အားလံုးေပါ့။ မၾကာခင္ multi-national company ေတြ ၀င္လာေတာ့မယ္။ အားလံုးတက္ညီလက္ညီလုပ္သင့္တဲ့အခ်ိန္ေရာက္ေနျပီ။
ဒါမွလည္း ကိုယ့္ႏိုင္ငံမွာကိုယ္ က်ြန္ျပန္မျဖစ္ဘဲ သခင္လိုေနလို့ရမွာေပါ့။
Once again we have to ask “Are we ready for massive change?”
